Q What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your plan for purchasing, we will offer the price correspond to your qty. And we hope you would increase your order qty after you check our product quality and know our services.

Q How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7 days normally.

Q How long is your production lead time?

It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ qty.

Q What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?

For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color, size and position before real sample making.

Q What is your payment term?

Normally we accept payment term as 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept Paypal!
