1. How is your company?

We are a very professional supplier. Since 2001 to now, we have 22 years of experience.

2. Can I get a sample and how long will it take?

Of course. We can make samples depending on your requirements. Pay us the sample cost and shipping cost; once the order is confirmed, the sample cost portion will be refunded. Sample lead time: 7-10 days.

3. What kind of files do you accept for design artwork?

AI and TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS, and PSD are also acceptable. But any format of artwork must be 300 DPI or above.

4. How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?

1) We can provide samples and you can choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that.
2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.

5. What's your production time?

Our production lead time is 40-50 days.

6. What is the payment terms?

T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C: Letter of Credit.
