To ensure customers receive items in good condition, every product should be carefully packed.
Items are usually packed by small cartons, small cartons are packed in larger cartons.
Lead time usually takes 2 - 7 working days, huge orders may take extra several days.
Most of the orders are shipped within 2 working days after clear payment. Some big packages may need extra days because we always test each item before shipment. Normally the delay is no more than 7 days as we have an experienced and dedicated shipment department.
For packages less than 2KG, we usually use China Post international air mail parcel; for packages more than 2KG, we will ship by express. You may have us ship by DHL / UPS / TNT / FedEx, however we might charge you extra shipping cost according to your order weight and location. For huge orders, ocean cargo service is available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for the details.
We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, ship items back within 14 days of delivery. However, because of the nature of some products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please understand that you might need to pay for import tax / duty to your local Customs when your order arrives. Please make sure that you are clear about your import tax policy before placing order from us, under no circumstance will we be responsible for any Customs issue occurred.
