Yes, we do. Before your trial / wholesale orders, we are glad to offer you sample order for confirmation. Please understand that we may charge you for the sample. Usually sample fee can be refunded to you or deducted from your next order.

Most of the orders are shipped within 2 working days after clear payment. Some large orders may need extra days because we always double check each unit before shipment. We shall keep you updated for the shipment details.

For package less than 2KG, we usually ship by China Post international air mail parcel; for packages more than 2KG, we will ship by air freight express. You may have us ship by DHL / UPS / TNT / FedEx, however we might charge you extra shipping cost according to your order weight and location. For huge orders, ocean cargo service or railway shipment is available.

We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, ship items back within 14 days of delivery. However, because of the nature of some products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for customized or personalized orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
