What are your standard trade terms, loading ports, and shipment methods?
We support FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. The primary loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. Shipments can be arranged efficiently by sea, by air, or by express courier.
What are your payment terms and sampling lead times?
Our payment terms require a 30% T/T deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance payable against the B/L copy. We also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union. The standard sampling lead time is between 7 and 14 days.
What is the delivery time and product warranty policy?
Delivery takes 7-10 days for our standard brand products, and 45-55 days for ODM/OEM orders. We guarantee that all received products meet quality specifications. In the event of any damaged parts, please email us detailed photos, and we will send replacements accordingly. All our products have been globally insured since 2017.
How do you protect customer design rights and intellectual property?
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your unique designs and guarantee they will not be sold to third parties. For large-scale orders, we can also establish exclusivity agreements to manufacture the designated products solely for your company.
Are your materials environmentally safe, and can you provide FSC-certified options?
Yes, we have utilized certified, environmentally friendly materials since 2008. Every month, we send batch paint for SGS testing, and we operate our own product safety laboratory. We comply strictly with FSC regulations; FSC-certified materials are available at an 8% higher cost than standard options.
